Dennis Moen

Dennis Moen, 80, Fargo, ND, passed away on April 24, 2024, at Bethany on University in Fargo.

Dennis was born August 1, 1943, in Fergus Falls, MN, to Orlin and Marie (Brorson) Moen. He was confirmed at Hedemarken Lutheran Church and graduated from Fergus Falls High School in 1961.

He served in the Air Force for four years including one year in Vietnam. Following time in the Air Force then served in the Air National Guard for many years retiring in 1994. He also enjoyed having his coffee at The Shack.

Dennis is survived by his son, Jeffrey (Dong-yeon Kim) of Korea; a brother, Gary (Trudye) of Ravensdale, WA; sisters, Sharon Weinrich, Baxter, MN, and Joann (Donald) Murch, Hunter, ND; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Wayne Moen; brother-in-law, Gordon Weinrich; and a nephew, Kevin Weinrich.

Service: Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 10:00 AM, West Funeral Home, West Fargo, ND, with visitation starting at 9:30 AM.

Interment:  Hedmarken Lutheran Church Cemetery in Carlisle, MN.
