Robert "Bob" Zimny

Robert Richard Zimny, 80, born February 20, 1937, the son of Jack and Elsie (Bagenstoss) Zimny of Glyndon MN, passed away on October 19, 2017 at Essentia Hospital in Fargo N.D.

Grandpa Bob was proceeded in death by his mother and father Elsie and Jack and a son and daughter.

 He is survived by Lynne, longtime companion; brother: Joe (Shirley) Zimny,  Shelton W.A., children: Jason (Heather) Zimny, East Grand Forks M.N. and Shannon (Mike) Stueber, Lisbon N.D., Lynne’s children: Jeff (Deb) Muralt, Fargo, ND and Vicki (Jason) Lamb, Fort Ransom N.D.;  Grandchildren: Zachary (Chloe) Muralt of Gwinner N.D., Karlene Lorenz,  Detroit Lakes, MN., Casi Carter, Grand Forks N.D, Morgan Zimny,  Grand Forks N.D., Jackson Muralt, Fargo N.D. and Emma Zimny, East Grand Forks M.N.

Visitation:  5 to 7 p.m., followed by a 7 p.m. Prayer Service, Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at West Funeral Home in West Fargo

Funeral Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Saint Benedict's Catholic Church, 11743 38th St. S., Horace, N.D.

Interment:  St. Benedict’s Catholic Cemetery, Horace, ND
