I wish to express my sincere condolences to the family of Reuben Elshaug. May you find comfort in your beautiful memories you shared with each other and in God’s promise to see our loved ones again through the resurrection. (Acts 24:15) What a joy it will be to welcome Reuben back to a beautiful, peaceful earth (Psalms 37:11,29) where pain, suffering and death will be no more! (Rev 21:4) May these scriptures give you the needed strength and courage to make it through this very difficult time. I am deeply sorry for your loss!

I want to offer my condolences to all of Reuben's family. Reuben brought me into the grain and seed business when he hired me while he was in Thief River Falls. I have always considered him a mentor and the type of manager and person I would like to be. He taught me to treat people with honesty, respect, fairness and generosity and to have a little fun.

Thoughts and prayers to all. I don't remember Uncle without a smile and a joke. What sticks out the most is his gentle and kind ways. He will be missed.

Rosella, and family;
We are sorry to hear of Reuben's passing, He was a faithful guest at the Ashley Senior center, always sharing a joke, story, and ice cream treats for his birthdays. We know he was dealing with health issues, and know that he now is complete, and whole again, so as you share your memories of Reuben, know we send prayers, of healing, and comfort to your families.
