She married her soulmate, Allan Schober, on October 17, 1959; at Faith Lutheran Church in West Fargo. Together they were blessed with three children; Rodney, Kathy and Phyllis. Al and Louise shared the love of gardening, playing cards, baking, canning, and many friendships near and far.
Louise also enjoyed playing bingo at the Harwood American Legion. Despite being retired, she continued to keep busy helping out at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds, Juhl Brokerage, and Adesa. Several times comments were made that she worked harder than the kids. Her work ethic was passed on through generations and was considered second to none.
She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren, she made a big impact in each of their lives. Louise loved to give them golf-cart rides around her property, popsicles, and pick snacks out of the garden. She had a knack for making little visits into big moments and was deeply loved by all.
