I didn't know of Jerry's passing until today. I was a neighborhood friend of Jerry's up until 7 years ago when I moved out of state. Jerry was one of the kindest people I've known. He wore his heart on his sleeve. Jerry was genuine and will be missed.

Jerry lived across the street from me growing up
in Minot, ND. We'd try to make out the names of
cars passing by on the busiest street in Minot.
The flood of '69 and memories of a fine family
remain with me! Our sympathy!

Jerry was an amazing man. He was one of my favorite people in the world. Also there with his Witt and humor.
He thought the world of you 3 boys.
